Our Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments are well-regarded by customers from countries with high-quality standard such as Japan and have capability to respond, attend, and prevent any problems that may occur quickly.

In addition, RMI utilize high-quality materials and do not change material quality despite increasing cost. Every RMI product is well-tested with custom-made machineries before being permitted into the market. Every cylindrical lock models need to pass 400,000 cycle test for opening-closing door and 40,000 cycle for opening using key before it is permitted into the market.

With this, we are convinced that RMI’s high-quality production standards and products are distinguished and unmatched by anycompetitors.


RMI utilizes grade 304 stainless steel (SUS 304) imported from Japan for our stainless finished model (satin-stainless finished and polish-stainless finished)
Typically utilizes cheaper lower grade stainless steel (SUS 202), which will result in easy corrosion
RMI utilizes longer ½ inch (12.7 mm.) throw latch preventing from wide door gap (depending on the model)
Typically utilizes shorter throw latch, which cannot be used if door gap is wide
RMI utilizes brass cylinder, which is stronger and increases the longevity of the usage
Typically utilizes zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, or even plastic cylinder, which do not last last long even with minimal usage
RMI utilizes stainless steel for all accessories such as screws or strike plate, preventing from corrosion
Typically utilizes normal, lower grade steel for all accessories resulting in easy bending and corrosion 
RMI utilizes keying controlled by computer preventing from duplication even in larger lot
Typically utilizes manual key code "mixing" (using basket to mix keys) resulting in key duplication even in smaller lot
Every part of our product is 100% manufactured within our factory without the need to import parts/components. RMI is also guaranteed by Thai Industrial Standards (TIS. 756-2535)
Typically imports parts to assembly or imports the hole set to do packaging and do not have any form of standards or illegally claim to have standards
